Return & Exchange Policy

At Sowilo Kids, we strive to ensure you have the best shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

✅ RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS

  • Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged, and it usually takes 5–7 working days for the item to reach us.

  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order (not per item) will be deducted at the time of refund.

  • If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, self-shipping is required.

📦 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Products in poor condition or visibly used will not be eligible for return/refund.

  • Returns are not accepted on select categories due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

    • Innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks)

    • Masks

    • Perfumes

    • Sunglasses

    • Accessories
      Sowilo Kids reserves the right to update this list without prior notice.

🔄 EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Once your return is picked up or received by us and passes quality check, your exchange or credit will be processed.

  • COD orders are only eligible for store credit, sent via gift card to your registered contact/email.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

💳 REFUND POLICY

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to bank account/UPI within 7 working days after product is received and inspected.

  • COD Orders: You will receive store credit/gift card/Bank Transfer equal to your paid amount within 1–2 working days after pickup.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Reward points and store credits are not refundable and can only be used for purchases on the store.

📮 SELF-SHIPPING (When Reverse Pickup is Unavailable)

  • Include your Order ID and registered phone number inside/on the package.

  • All returned items must be securely packed.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will:

    • Refund the order amount + ₹100 extra (to compensate for your shipping cost) for prepaid orders.

    • Issue store credit for COD orders.

🚫 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, the order will be treated under the return/exchange policy.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours if you’ve received a delivery confirmation but have not received the item.

  • Bank account details for refunds must be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect bank details provided by customers.

  • Returned items are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be approved once items pass our internal quality check.
